Revision Rhinoplasty Surgery – Rib Graft

This young lady had a history of previous surgery that left her with no cartilage support to her nose, a resulting saddle nose deformity, and breathing problems. She underwent a revision rhinoplasty procedure to create a more elegant, feminine profile and to highlight her natural facial features. An external rhinoplasty procedure was performed, rib cartilage via a very small incision under her breast. Dr. White meticulously carved each of the pieces of cartilage by hand to re-create a beautiful, natural looking nose.
